Terms and Conditions

  1. In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act of 1966, all animals must have a written veterinary referral. Failure to provide this by the time of treatment will result in your animal not being seen, but you will be charged for the appointment.
  2. Please do not feed your animal within 2 hours of your appointment.
  3. Please park in line with my caravan on right hand side of drive, or with bonnet against picket fence. Cars parked on the driveway are at clients own risk.
  4. Please stay with your animal in your car and announce your arrival by texting me on 07842 149406. I will then meet you on the drive. There may be a short delay if I am finishing with previous client. Please be patient and do not ring front door bell.
  5. Dogs on leads should be offered the opportunity to toilet on the lawn to the right of drive (uphill side). Please pick up any poos. Access to the treatment room in accompanied only, through the side gate. Please keep dogs on a lead and do not allow dogs to toilet in the back garden.
  6. Please be aware that there is direct access to a busy road from the driveway, so please put dogs on a lead, cats and other small animals should be contained in a secure pet carrier.
  7. All animals are treated with care, respect and compliance. This may necessitate allowing time for your animal to relax before any hands on assessment is initiated at the first session.
  8. Any animal presenting with sickness, diarrhoea, or flea infestation will not be treated, but the appointment will be charged for.
  9. Payment is required by cash, cheque or BACS at time of treatment. I currently do not offer card payments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged for.
  10. Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for veterinary physiotherapy, but you are advised to check your policy before booking an appointment.
